I’m Mio, a lifelong tech enthusiast with over 20 years of experience helping businesses transform through smart technology and strategy. But beyond the boardrooms and consulting projects, I’m also a father of three and the go-to tech guy for my neighbors on the Upper West Side. Solving tech challenges isn’t just what I do; it’s what I love.
Right now, technology is changing faster than ever. AI is reshaping jobs, new tools are popping up every day, and keeping up can feel overwhelming and stressful. The fear of falling behind is real. I get it because I see it every day in my own community—from parents worried about what their kids are doing online to small business owners trying to figure out if they need AI or if it’s just another buzzword.
That’s why I created Broadway to Broadband. I wanted to make all this change feel less like a threat and more like an opportunity. I help parents set up controls that keep their kids safe without making them feel like the bad guy. I teach teens how to use AI tools to study smarter without getting lost in distractions. I show small businesses how to simplify their tech so they can focus on what they do best.
My approach is simple. No jargon, no fluff, no sales pitches. Just real conversations, practical help, and a passion for making technology work for you. I want to be that neighbor, that peer, that parent, that friend who makes things easier and less stressful.
And if there’s something I can’t solve, I won’t leave you hanging. I’ll connect us with the right partner, like my guy who’s been doing corporate networking for 15 years with heart and love. For now, these are the things I know I can truly add my heart into and help with. When something’s outside my lane, I’ll make sure you get the right help.
